Culinary Academy of India UG Courses Admission 2023-24

  1. Culinary Academy of India runs a Bachelor’s Degree program in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts of 3-year duration with an intake of 60 students. Those who have passed HSC/ 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in any stream or have applied for BCT and CA are considered eligible to get admission in the Bachelor’s Degree program offered by the college.
  2. Admission to the course is given based on the candidate’s performance in the All India Entrance Examination held in Hyderabad only including Group Discussion and Personal Interviews conducted by the Institute.
  3. Candidates must be a minimum of 17 years of age at the time of admission to the course.
  4. Admission of the NRI candidates is supervised by the Dean of Foreign Affairs, Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Culinary Academy of India PG Diploma Course Admission 2023-24

  1. Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts of 1-year duration with an intake of 30 students is offered by the Culinary Academy of India.
  2. Students who have done any of these courses viz. Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bachelor of Business Management / Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel / Hospitality, Graduates in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (Hotel, Hospitality, and Tourism streams) with a minimum of two years of instruction in food production, B.Sc. Hotel Management, B.A. in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts graduates from any recognized University are eligible to apply for admission to the PG Diploma course.
  3. Admission to this program is given based on the candidate’s marks obtained in the All India Entrance Examination conducted in Hyderabad followed by a Group Discussion, a Personal Interview, and a Trade Test.
  4. Candidates who are appearing in their last year of the course are also eligible to apply for admission.
  5. NRI/ Foreign candidates shall submit all the documents at the time of admission and the admission process is conducted by the Dean of Foreign Affairs, Osmania University, Hyderabad.
  6. The admission process begins in April/ May every year.

Culinary Academy of India Certificate Course Admission 2023-24

  1. Culinary Academy of India offers a full-time one-and-a-half-year duration Culinary Certificate course in Food Production and Patisserie with a capacity of 40 seats to the aspirants. Students who have passed or appeared in SSC/ 10th or its equivalent examination with English as the medium of instruction are considered eligible to get admission in the Certificate course.
  2. Admission to the program is given based on the candidate’s performance in the written test, group discussion, and personal interview rounds.
